ツアーに関する個人情報の取り扱いとGDPRへの対応について

フロンティブジャパン株式会社（以下「当社」といいます）は、個人情報保護法（APPI）に基づき、お客様の個人情報を適切に取得、利用、保管し、安全に管理いたします。

1. 取得する情報

当社は、以下の個人情報を取得いたします：

  • 氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス
  • パスポート情報、生年月日、国籍（必要に応じて）
  • 食事制限やアレルギー等の任意情報
  • その他、ツアー手配に必要な情報

2. 利用目的

取得した個人情報は、以下の目的で使用いたします：

  • 英国ブラックチョークワイナリーツアーの予約・手配・管理
  • 緊急時のご連絡
  • お問い合わせへの対応
  • ワイナリーの現地パートナー（Hillcrest Wines Ltd）や業務委託先との調整

3. 第三者提供について

当社は、取得した個人情報を、英国に所在する業務委託先やパートナーに提供し、上記の目的の範囲で利用いたします。

英国は、日本の個人情報保護委員会より「十分な保護体制がある国」として認定されており、個人情報保護法第28条に基づき、本人の同意なく個人情報を提供することが可能です。
ただし、当社では透明性を重視し、ツアー申込時に提供先の明示と必要な情報提供を行います。

4. 安全管理措置

当社は、個人情報の漏えい・滅失・毀損を防止するため、適切な安全管理措置を講じております。
また、提供先に対しても契約により情報の安全な管理を義務付けております。

5. 保管期間

取得した個人情報は、利用目的に必要な期間のみ保管し、目的達成後は速やかに廃棄または削除いたします。

6. 開示・訂正・利用停止等のご請求について

お客様は、当社に対して自己の個人情報について、利用目的の通知、開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止、第三者提供の停止を請求することができます。
